My Principles of Culinary Marketing class we had to come up with a product to market and I chose to do a beer for Great Lakes Brewery. It’s called Marathon Brew and will be sold at marathons that take place in the Great Lakes region of the United States. It will also be sold at various pubs and restaurants on each of the marathons routes race day and one week prior to the race. It’s limited edition and will only be available one time a year in each city.
